Creating Space
Creating Space is a 30-minute mindfulness practice that invites curiosity and presence, grounded in choice, consent, and nervous system care.
Drawing on breathwork, visualization, meditation, and gentle movement informed by Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), this practice offers an opportunity to build awareness of what is present for you — without fixing or forcing.

I believe we heal in community and many of us are navigating perimenopause and menopause alone, confused, and overwhelmed.
Power in the Pause is a 4-month, semi-structured and peer support circle for those of us navigating midlife and menopause. This is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gather in community.
Together, we’ll explore this powerful life phase through:
Gentle, accessible movement practices (yoga, stretching, breathwork)
Shared resources on menopause, midlife, and well-being
Peer support and story-sharing in a confidential, compassionate space
Guided reflections, journaling, and embodied presence
Whether you’re feeling exhausted, curious, activated, invisible, or powerful—this group welcomes the full spectrum of what it means to be here now.

Healing Trauma through Movement
6 week workshop offering Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) - a gentle, body-based practice for reconnecting with yourself.

In this group, we explore gentle movement, breath awareness, and choice-making as tools for cultivating presence and rebuilding trust with the body. TCTSY is not about performance, flexibility, or fitness, it’s a non-directive approach that supports noticing sensations, making choices, and practicing agency at your own pace.
When: TBD
Who: Anyone living with trauma, chronic stress, or disconnection from the body
Where: Virtual! (Possible option to schedule an in-person group session)
Cost: $200
More information about TCTSY can be found here.

This type of yoga is for any and every body. You do not need to have ever engaged in yoga before. This type of yoga is non-directive and about exploring your own experience….not about doing what I tell you to do
