I am a Registered Social Worker in British Columbia and Ontario.

My approach is informed by intersectional feminism, somatic therapies, attachment theory, and mindfulness.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to support people through many types of struggle (+ celebrations). I often hear people express a belief that they are somehow broken, undeserving, unworthy, or fear others will ‘find them out’.  Everyone deserves to feel safe, have a place to heal, grow, + (re)learn to connect to themselves, others + the world. I am committed to providing affirming care to each unique person. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and within the legal and healthcare systems.

I love learning and am always in the middle of some sort of training that will increase my ability to support clients. As a non-disabled, white, cisgender woman, my greatest learning has been and will continue to be unpacking harmful colonial beliefs I have internalized and can be perpetuated in the therapy process.

+ Supervision

Working relationally is a core principle in my work.

I view our supervisory/consultation relationship as a collaborative process and our focus will be tailored to the unique learning needs and clinical (+ human) experience that you bring to the relationship.

My supervision framework is built up on the principles of the Seven Eyed Model, Integrated Development Model, and strongly grounded in feminist principals.

I strive to bring my authentic self to our time together and am passionate about helping counsellors build sustainable practices that will support them to remain ethically and genuinely engaged in their work.
